Testing is intended for users of illegal drugs for the purpose of mitigating the risk of overdosing, and other complications associated with the use of unknown substances. Analyses of psychoactive substances are performed in the laboratory with appropriate instrumentation equipment, and in a mobile unit in the field. Data on analyses is collected in the framework of the national network for early warning of the emergence of new psychoactive substances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
