In accordance with the applicable legislation, the NLZOH shall report to the supervisory authority (Information Commissioner) any incidents (intrusions into systems and other serious infringements) that may occur in the processing of personal data, and which would endanger the rights and freedoms of individuals, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the event or infringement. Should it be considered that an incident may have a significant negative impact, and may pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of an individual whose personal data has been unlawfully processed, the NLZOH shall also inform the individuals whose personal data has been unlawfully processed by unauthorised persons.
Privacy and personal data protection implemented by authorised providers of the NLZOH
Rubikon GRAL d.o.o. maintains the information system of the NLZOH.si website, together with the NLZOH, and performs tasks relating to the maintenance and upgrading of the portal for the NLZOH. Rubikon GRAL d.o.o. and any other external company performing certain activities within the portal of the NLZOH, undertake to process personal data only within the mandate of the NLZOH, and not to process it for any other purpose.
